Damien Calderini
Directeur général, Monde et Amérique du Nord
Damien supervise les opérations d'Entegra en fournissant la gestion des achats et les produits et services sous contrat aux clients en Amérique du Nord et à travers l'Europe. Il a rejoint Entegra en 2019 en tant que président de la région Amérique du Nord de l'entreprise, et est devenu peu de temps après PDG mondial.
Damien a débuté sa carrière en tant qu'entrepreneur, où il a développé son expertise en stratégie et excellence opérationnelle et a acquis une expérience dans la vente et la gestion de la relation client. Avant de rejoindre Entegra, il a dirigé la pratique d'approvisionnement en Amérique du Nord d'Oliver Wyman en tant qu'associé principal. Il a également dirigé le siège social mondial d'Oliver Wyman à New York et sponsor exécutif de Family Life at Oliver Wyman (FLOW), un groupe de ressources pour les employés d'Oliver Wyman qui défend les familles et les soignants.Damien a obtenu son MBA de l'ESSEC Business School en France. Il est membre du conseil d'administration de l'American Ballet Theatre et vit actuellement avec sa famille à Brooklyn, New York.
Laetitia Daufenbach

Avant de prendre son poste actuel chez Entegra en juin 2019, Laetitia était SVP, Planification Stratégique & Projets pour le segment Senior Living de Sodexo à l'échelle mondiale, basé aux États-Unis.
Elle est membre du conseil d'administration du Global Ageing Network (anciennement appelé IAHSA). Elle apporte son expérience internationale, une connaissance approfondie de divers modèles économiques, des solutions alimentaires et non alimentaires ainsi que des segments de clientèle, y compris les Senior Living et les restaurants, pour accélérer la croissance d'Entegra.

Stephen joined Entegra Europe UK in 2014 as Director of Operations. Having graduated from Glasgow University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics, Stephen supplemented this qualification with a post-graduate degree in Hospitality Management. Subsequently, Stephen built up 20 years of experience working for a number of UK Hotel companies, which included General Management and Regional roles for several UK Hotel companies across a number of sectors including airport, leisure, spa & golf, town and city centre properties, all of which have helped to develop a thorough and detailed understanding of UK Hotel operations.
During his time with Entegra Europe, Stephen has been responsible for ensuring the delivery of client savings and has developed a track record of success in managing change and driving productivity. Stephen was promoted to the role of Managing Director in September 2018
Antonio Tosiani
Antonio a rejoint Entegra Europe en 2019 en tant que responsable pays pour l'Italie. Antonio a accumulé 15 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie hôtelière au sein de la plus grande chaîne hôtelière d'Italie, couvrant différents rôles dans les opérations, puis en tant que directeur des achats..
En 2017, il crée et gère un GPO pour le Ho.Re.Ca. secteur en Italie. Ses expériences ont développé le savoir-faire pour aider les opérations hôtelières et les achats à fournir des solutions d'économie.

Alban graduated from EM Lyon Business School and has been working for Sodexo since 2007. He joined Entegra Europe in 2018 as Director of Support Services for France, Belgium and the Netherlands. He was appointed Development Director in September 2019 and he is in charge of Entegra development in Europe as well as all transversal projects.

Sean joined Entegra Europe in August 2021 to lead the Irish business. Sean has had significant leadership experience in both PLC environments and Private Equity backed businesses. He held various roles throughout his 20 year career at David Lloyd Clubs including product development, general and regional management before progressing to senior roles within the broader hospitality and leisure sector. Sean is a passionate coach whether it be in business circles or in sports and he will always work to improve performance by fostering a feedback culture and transparent way of working. In his role leading the Irish business Sean will be developing operational support services enabling clients to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining the highest levels of service
